Data Business Equipment, Inc. (DBE) was incorporated in 1968 to provide an alternative to the service and support of NCR equipment in the banking community.  DBE currently supports over 800 customers and has thirty-five employees located in offices across Iowa and Nebraska. About two thirds of our employees are dedicated strictly to customer service and support.  DBE is a full-service, value added financial equipment and business computer dealer with the ability to market, install, and maintain hardware and software solutions to our customers. DBE's operating territory includes the states of Iowa, Nebraska and parts of the surrounding states.

Through a dedication to provide superior support and service, DBE has developed a satisfied customer base.  With the recommendations and support of our customers, DBE has expanded its products and services into two markets:

1. Growing from DBE's accounting machine customer base, we market, support and service computer software and hardware on a regional basis giving our customers a single vendor solution for all their support requirements. Current business segments supported with both hardware and software solutions include community banks, building material retail and wholesale companies, medical offices and clinics. DBE represents software products from EZ-Teller, Jaguar, FileBound and VERSYSS Commercial Systems Incorporated and their nationwide distributor network. The VERSYSS authorized independent distributorship includes the marketing of hardware and software products in addition to performing as the statewide service organization for their hardware products. DBE's customer base for computer systems includes over 200 installations.

2. Building on our relationships with the financial community, DBE has expanded its products and services to include offerings from great names such as NCR, Glory USA, Canon, Maverick, Hedman and approximately 10 additional vendors of banking related hardware and software products.

   Through that expansion and building on our relationships with our customers DBE has a complete product line to offer to the Banking Community. Over the last 39 years DBE has partnered with various manufacturers to provide solutions, which help our customers improve productivity and customer service.
