we address every call. Everyone in the service
department will conduct themselves with dignity
and respect when working with your staff.
Response
– When your service call is placed, either
through our fully staffed dispatch center or on
our convenient website, the clock begins. We do
everything in our power to deliver a 4-hour
response time to every service call.
Inventory
– We maintain an extensive parts inventory at our main
office in Des Moines. In addition to our main
warehouse, each satellite office and every
technician stock most parts necessary to fix the
majority of calls.
Coverage
– We provide service out of 7 locations across
Iowa and Nebraska. This allows us to be very
flexible with our schedule and bring technicians
to you in a timely manner.
Experience
– With over 150 years of combined tenure and
well over 250 years of combined experience in
the field, our technicians know our product
line. We also maintain a comprehensive
training program that allows us to stay abreast
of changes in the market.
